Jack and Daisy are a British indie singer-songwriter duo who have been gigging together since 2018 in various venues, from small acoustic gigs to several UK festivals. Their close harmonies have been likened to Simon & Garfunkel and lauded by modern day stars such as Passenger. Inspired by a wide range of songwriters from Bob Dylan to Damien Rice, their own songs encapsulate the conventional sound of folk with the contemporary indie style.
With some impressive live performances in the past year, including The Bedford, Piano Smithfield and several festivals and shows around the UK and Spain, they are now set to release their much anticipated debut single. Jack and Daisy have attracted the attention of Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) signing to his new project SongBits plus Rolling Stones producer Chris Kimsey who has produced several tracks including debut release “The Love I Know” released on 27th September.
“Ive been keenly following the progress of recording artists Jack and Daisy for some time now. I think they are more than a bit special. – “David Knopfler, founding member of Dire Straits”
